EABL is a public company listed on both the Nairobi and Kampala Stock Exchanges. 49.97% of EABL's shares are publicly held by over 23,000 local shareholders. Diageo, the global premium drinks business, has a holding in the group of 50.03%. By market capitalisation, EABL is the largest listed company on both of these stock exchanges.
