Visa International – Impact of Electronic Payments on Economic Growth
In 2005, africapractice was contracted by Visa International to assist the company in communicating research, which showed a direct link between the increasing use of electronic payments for transacting and economic growth, to key stakeholders in Kenya - an increasingly important market for the company. Working with Visa International and the Central Bank of Kenya, africapractice designed a breakfast briefing - 'The Impact of Electronic Payments on Economic Growth' - which was attended by an audience of over 60 drawn from the worlds of banking, government, business and the media.
