Guinness Cameroun S.A. – Change management communications
In 2006, africapractice consultants were seconded to Douala to design and manage communications around a complex change management programme across multiple functions at Guinness Cameroun S.A. The two month programme laid out a structure and strategy for the new Corporate Relations function; communicated a major change in route to market and an ICT systems upgrade; and mitigated the risk of negative media coverage arising from local environmental issues.
